To the extent that liability cannot be excluded due to reasons of any negligence on the part of the government immigration department or ever-changing immigration system. Every effort has been made to ensure this agreement complies with current law. Changes in the Canadian legislation can occur and NewTown will not be responsible for delays, cancellations or non-assurance of any visa as a result of Canadian legislation changes.

Refund Policy
NewTown is a Canadian immigration service provider consulting firm. We strive for the best possible immigration solutions to your specific needs. Once you retain our services by signing our retainer agreement, our professionals begin working on your file immediately. Most of the Immigration-related applications are quite large with many detailed pieces of information that must be correct in your file in order to save time, avoid refusal and delays of outcomes. Once the retainer is signed and we begin working on your file we do not guarantee any refund. In most cases if you decided to discontinue services with us within the same day we will refund everything except an amount which will cover our consultation and other administration expenses. We strongly advise you to explore our services and their charges before retaining our services. Once the service retained by you has been completed after 14 days we will not give refunds for any reason.
Information Sharing and Disclosure
All the information you provide to us, both verbal and written, are strictly confidential. NewTown does not sell, resell, transfer or disclose your personal information to any third party. The information you provide will only be used for the purposes assessing your possibility of your immigration needs under current Canada immigration selection criteria.
